ABOUT ME
Seven years ago I moved from my hometown of Griffith, Indiana to the city of Indianapolis. There I received my education from the Herron School of Art & Design/ IUPUI. In June of 2005, I graduated receiving a BFA with a focus in Visual Communication and Graphic Design. I chose visual communication as my area of study and profession because I could use my creativity and artistic talents to explore the concepts of design as an art medium. With that success, through graphic visuals I could speak to local, national and international communities. Design is all around us and being part of its creation and advertising design has been my inspiration for becoming a successful visual communicator and graphic designer for the last five years.
After graduating from school, I journeyed to the Tampa Bay area of Florida and in November of 2005 I became a web designer for Visual Edge Design. I held the position of a Lead Designer for a year of my emoployment with Visual Edge Design and I loved every minute of it! In 2007, I made my way back to the Chicago land area and I'm actively working as a freelance web and print designer and still love what I do for a living. I will be designing for many years to come.
